Gender bias, gender discrimination, gender equality

From the search of a better world: One of my main interests is the equality of women in all societies. Gender bias is painful and destructive as any other prejudice. Although not particularly liberal, I was in my life, macho philosophy, the looting of Islamic femininity, gender differences in occupations and the whole "woman driver" and yes, even "blonde joke" against the phenomena.

Women and men are not equal. Everyone has his godgiven strength, focused on their responsibility for the vitality of reproductive and family. These differences can not be dismissed lightly ... But these differences do not tolerate gender discrimination in society and certainly not in the workplace. In fact, because of the glass ceiling and gender discrimination, women who work have to be better than their male colleagues to succeed! This makes the best decisions ... and, in fact, I made the choice! My doctor, ophthalmologist,podiatrist and surgeons today are all female. Clearly, the clergy, women may be welcome in my world.

Baby Joke

I attended a lecture given by a minister of oil as an Islamic state. He was asked if women would gain equality ... he replied jokingly: "If you make the sand of the Sahara in Jello." I can not accept that the problem of gender inequality, and I am sure that Islamic extremism today.
